I have been spending the last week dealing with lowes and getting cabinets figured out.

I vacuumed up hundreds of them every couple of days.

New flooring, millwork, counters/cabinets, painting, etc.

I do this all up and down the southeast US but I am very experienced and have done hundreds of projects.

Hi @Joanna Love,We manage hundreds of homes and I can't honestly tell you that there has been a warranty company that we have seen that actually does what it says it will do for you.

But it was brought to my attention and the buyer has proof that the appraiser shared those photos with a member of the public.The appraiser informed his “friend” that the buyer would be selling the HAM radio equipment most likely, not a few hundred dollar’s worth of equipment but several thousand dollar’s worth.
