I speak from experience that with a small budget it may seem like a cheap way of finding properties but the amount of gas you burn with these prices is crazy.

Unfortunately, google maps showcases photos of a property from 2007 and since then the property might have burned to the ground.

Nor would you want the end of the world that would follow.Since by our constitution you have to pay taxes in dollars and we own the lion share of out own debt, much of this debate is moot.Had to comment via mobile app.

In addition to the issues mentioned by @James Bell , I have dealt with several insurance claims (as an attorney) that resulted from growers attempting to do DIY electrical panels and other shenanigans that resulted in fires that burned the houses to the ground.

As we got further into the meeting, one guy spoke up and repeated himself about 5 times about his acquisition strategy, his exit strategy, how he would make his money even if the place burned down, his limited purchasing power, and on and on.

I still got burned, he never cleaned and his "guys" were people who did work on his home, which he had just finished doing a major reno on and because of that, he got a contractor's license.

Bandit signs work, but they generate random calls - you don't know if the caller has equity, a mobile home, etc.  

Self storage, mobile home parks, RV parks typically fit the bill.
