I'm sure if/when it does you'll see everybody and their mother saying "I told you so", but they've been telling us so for forever now and it hasn't come to pass.You may be right this time, but it's just made me very aware that I don't have the market knowledge or sophistication to place any bets on that being case.

Nobody really, really knows....But If I were a betting man, it's greater than a coin flip chance of YES.

Your highest priority should be the quickest possible placement of a long term solid tenant, especially as it’s a decent bet restrictions might increase and it will be harder for people to move.

I'm not convinced that everyone will go on rent strike but when one of the bigger news platforms writes in such an irresponsible tone, I'm left in amazement.
