Yes, both units are separate but on the same parcel.One of the agents showed one policy but it does mention it’s for both units.The second agent shows two policies, one per structure, and breaks down the approximate cost for each structure if they had to be rebuilt completely in case of a major accident

I was trying to get a home owners quote from my current auto insurance company, which I used for my home insurance when I had my home last year.The problem I'm having is, I sold my home last year and have been living back with my family.. so I no longer have a personal home with home owner insurance and the insurance company wont give me home owner insurance for a non owner occupied home.

You can bet that besides payroll expenses, benefit expenses, auto expenses, etc., they've built in a markup to make it a profit center.2) They hire contractors and get invoices from those contractors, but either bill owners on their letterhead or that of a wholely owned subsidiary and charge a markup that owners don't see.With the amount of time it takes to properly manage the maintenance process, there's no way a PMC can NOT charge a markup and provide acceptable service.
