I did not raise his rent with the written agreement he is responsible for mowing the grass.I prefer not having tenants in place personally, but I can see why it would be attractive if you want to invest in a multi.

@Vincent Mazzaferro from your computer, if you put in the 'at' symbol, then put in the first letter of the person's name, it will pop right up - as long as they're in that discussion, or you are connected with them on BP.

@Mark DouglasIt is undoubtedly a great idea to use a professional photographer for these pictures because the marketing that comes from just the look of the pictures alone attract so many more people to your unit for rent, the house you are selling, or the before and after pictures of a flip to name a few.
