But what I will do different is to send them back over to my website for more educational content.

I suggest that, along with websites such as that, you call local PM companies to see offerings of similar properties to yours.

Think about getting your website setup also to make buying and selling a little more easier. 

Now that I am finally working as an adult, I want to learn as much as I can on how to start investing in real estate.

@Arun GokhaleI am also new to syndication deals and have found one of the best resources thus far in getting started being the information that @Michael Blank puts out on BP (just search his name and his articles will populate) and also check out his website http://www.themichaelblank.com/ He does a great job of walking through all of the steps from analyzing deals, networking, finding leads and closing deals.

@Edward B.This sound nice and all but - why would anyone who owns the Multi relinquish it to another when the profit is then going to that person.I see more to read on the web site....I'll do that and maybe the light bulb will illuminate. :)
