The seller tried withdrawing and demanding more money, but after threatening a forced sale/lawsuit under TN law based on a signed contract for lost income, commissions, etc., the seller agreed to the agreed to continue with the sale as defined under the contract, so I'm moving forward and should close in the next week or so.Again, thanks to all those that replied for your valuable feedback and the education that the BP community provides!
