Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

We are looking at the same loan program.

What questions should I ask my lenders  to know who is giving me better term and cost besides looking at interest rate.

For example: Looking at pricing right now where @90% with a 720 score, you'd be looking at paying 3 points to get a 2nd home mortgage.

Reality check:  how many homeowners are going to sell you their house at such a substantial discount? 

Like wearing shades at a resort's pool with hooters waitresses they paid to hang out with and a lambo rented from Turo. 

I would like to be able to occupy the property for 1 week every 4-6 months, which they agree to (with enough notice on dates) as they have to travel for work at times and could easily vacate during these periods.Has anyone written this sort of agreement into a lease?
