That simply means the mobile is considered part of the property by removing the mobile title  (which is treated like a car title) and attaching it to that parcel as a permanent buillding.

If the lease agreement doesn't cover tenant maintenance issues, get that corrected by your attorney and still I think you eat this one.My lease agreement states that anything they add that is permanent becomes part of the property and they are to leave it.

@Bruce Woodruff I thought it had the opposite impact on tax dollars...more income, payroll, and sales taxes collected from permanent residents living full time in the homes than tourists just paying sales taxes.
