If the tenant is already out and you want to do a walk through not knowing if the tenant is still there, most likely an officer can meet you there.

I've never invested in residential so I started with the small NNN retail/office commercial properties in the city.  

I live just north of Bethesda in Gaithersburg, and my office is in Rockville.

I do have a dream of being some kind of real estate mogul though, ha...This entire idea of selling this QC home has stemmed from the fact that my husband is now 100% remote in IT and the house has no dedicated office space.

It adds about a day or two, since I can create my own floor plans, to measure and layout plan, and then a half day in office to get the permit.
