I’m considering purchasing a Lodging House in my market.

My original goal was to fix and rent.

This is my first investment property, I plugged everything into my deal analysis calculator and it seems to be like a good deal but I want to ensure I don't have any surprises. 

My husband and I are new to BP and rental property investing.

I have a duplex near a Mini Mart gas station and people are constantly throwing their trash on my property.
