@Eric W.Metro Detroit (my rental portfolio is here)Now before jumping the gun and claiming all of Michigan is “not safe” because of some rough areas in Detroit..I challenge anyone to think a little broader.I’m sure you just heard the podcast about Detroit being the #1 cash flow market in the county. 1 point scored.Next, I’m not recommending buying a $20k 3% rule deal.
