What would be your reaction if you saw indication of police activity at a property you're researching on Google Streetview?

A google search resulted in at least 8 options, but I wanted hear what others had to say before selecting.

@Andrew Fidler -- if this is in Ohio, check out page 130 of "Modern Real Estate Practice in Ohio" for a description of various easements, if you do not already have one you may be able to get one out of necessity.  

Once you get all of that up and running to where it becomes simple maintenance and content adding then you can expand into paid ads.PPC can result in good leads but are very pricey depending on the keyword and the market you are in.SEO is great for long term organic results but SEO is risky in my opinion because everyone is a self proclaimed expert at it and with Google constantly changing how it ranks sites what works good today could do the opposite next week.

You can google the person to see if they died or if there's any info out there regarding the owner.

I'm not going to have a chance to check out anymore banks til Monday but I'll be sure to ask about that.
