Everything on a house has a life span and repairs have to be done constantly.In my state, if I have to issue 3 pay or quits in a one year period, I can evict for chronic late payment.

We're just not totally interested in managing property just quite yet.I've now read a few books on both general property management and flipping, and feel like I have about as much knowledge as anyone can possibly have, without any experience (which I totally understand, really isn't that much..)

I can speak in general… Not specific to your State or to a living trust… I can say, that usually with almost any type of trust, there is some sort of deed (quit claim or other type) that is prepared and recorded to transfer the ownership to the trust… So my opinion would be yes!

:lol: sorry josh, I wasn't trying to be nosy or anythingI belong to another private forum that uses php for their hosting, and although I dont' know their operating costs either, I did make a donation of ~$50 and a lot of other people donated some too and it's pretty much paid for keeping the site up.It sounds like things cost quite a bit more here.I will be happy to donate, although it may not be much since I am a poor student.

I think it's amazing how the economy works and I also think people need to realize that a 'recession' does not equal a 'depression' does not equal 'end of the world' It's actually quite uplifting to read so many threads about how people still make a decent buck in this market even though the housing market isn't as great as it has been in the past.
