Which specific areas or cities in Texas are you most interested in exploring for opportunities?

At least within this question let's exclude the US market, taxes and laws since I am far from investing on that market.

If you don't want to buy another investment property because you're too busy with work you should explore other investment opportunities that would give you potentially better ROI.
