The first month they delivered close to what was promised.  20’ish leads that were fairly solid.  

Trust me when I say this - Appraisers just want to deliver and move on.

I would definitely get an estoppel signed by the renter , or have the owner deliver the house vacant.

Plus these sources are often developing energy such that it can not be delivered at peak use time so  it must be stored to be useful.
