Do anyone here buy wholesalers out of a deal?

I have this property under contract and assigned it. The owner is deceased and had a trust and was his own trustee. He had no heirs and was adopted.
He has a stepdaughter that took care of him and paid for funeral etc and claimed her as his, when we did the AOH people was shocked that it wasn't his kid by blood.
I paid an attorney $1,500 to get the daughter trustee to do it but just told me it could be done within months. He told me he can definitely get the daughter as trustee, the issue is do i want to wait a extra month or however long it takes.
I don’t have the money to sit and wait I already had a title company get shut down on me with my deals in escrow so right now speed is everything to me. I wanted to know if anyone buy wholesalers out to just walk away. My spread was $19,000 but I’m sure the seller will drop the price by at least $10,000 for having to do this, because the money has to go to charity anyway.
The attorney said he will need a additional $3,500 to start it, but based on the file it will more than likely be a refund when it's done.
