I mean what are you going to do with an extra 100 a month cash flow thats 4 trips to mcdonalds for a small family  and does not even buy one nice dinner out... .. lets be realistic not much.. but take that same cash flow add a few hundred a month to it... so your negative cash flow big deal.. you paying your asset off much quicker especially some of these low priced assets people can get in the mid west and rust belt.. get them paid for then you have cash flow...

The diagnostics showed lots of life left in the attic furnace but it had a rusted out condensation pan that supposedly couldn't be removed or replaced.
