You broke the 200% rule (unless you purchase at least 95% of the value of the list meaning all 5)2,  Now the leverage question  - In order to defer all tax you must purchase at least as much as your net sale (1 mil). 

You'll need the insurance company to cover the legal fees otherwise you will go broke protecting your LLC and most likely the little bit of equity that it holds.
