The one I use is an app.

I’ll have to do some more digging in this app and see what l can learn.

I was curious what software or apps people are using for this. 

@Ronnie Allison hey I’m in the exact same boat as you I’m looking for my first property right now I would recomendFrank Gallinelli-What every real estate investor needs to know about cash flow And 36 other key financial measures ( do not buy a kindle on this one because there are graphs and numbers, you can but it’s more difficult when it says see example 3.4 and it was two pages ago) Landlord on autopilot-mike butler is a good listen or read and it’s written like he’s talking to you so very easy to listen to it and drive or work and gives you great tips how to manage very hands off and what you will need and the free apps that are out there.

I found Zillow has Zillow 3D Home™ tour app for iPhone but no android version.

@Joe Casandra.....I was looking into propstream as compared to some of the other apps.

It's hard to argue with Warren Buffet, Apple and McDonalds who are among tons of companies hoarding cash in anticipation of unforeseen need. 

I’m guessing on this app right?

Cons: Toggling between numbers on Grasshopper app. 

Does anyone have solid recommendations for affordable tech tools/apps- CRM, Lead Gen, pipeline mgmt, etc. ?
