Hello everyone I was looking to find out if anyone knows the best lead generation sites for getting leads for sellers and buyers.  

If anyone out there has such an agreement they would like to share, it would be much appreciated.If interested, here is a little more information on what this is about..I do small residential developments in rural areas.

And since a refinance would put us in a worser position for the rest of us, we may just sell at a loss and share in the misery.
