This is a beautiful area and I would consider buying a house in the area.

It's beautiful there, but certainly a much different RE environment than Denver.

Meanwhile she let the hot water run 24 hours a day so the back unit wouldn't have any hot water because the back unit was our witness in court.  

I have a beautiful and supportive wife and three great kids (a boy and twin girls).

Then get your RE licnese and learn.. that's what I did.. then my brokers so I got paid to learn by selling RE... it was 4 to 5 years later that I first started investing but when I did I fully understood what a transaction was and is.So these class aim to shorten the learning curve.. not really reality.I have some associates though that have done very well with Paid more one on one mentoring and I have witnessed their success and they are very happy they did it and give all credit to their paid mentor.

Looked at some beautiful houses but it is truly a sellers market out there.

I'm from Philadelphia and I am familiar with how acquiring these properties in PA works but I'm very interested in finding out how the south does this a lot of these properties are quick flips and with my skill could be quite beautiful!
