Hi Jason, It sounds like you are really beating the streets to get your feet wet in investments.

I feel like I have certain talents that would really work well in the real estate industry and want to get my toes wet first.

I have a passion for investing in the stock market and desire to get my feet wet in the real estate market in order to reach my financial freedom and get out of the so called rat race.

This seems like an excellent market to get your feet wet and sink your teeth in.

I suspect the dryer stopped working because she overloaded it with soaking wet clothes that had not been through the spin cycle.

To me to get your feet wet, a great way to start is a simple condo in a nice shopping district.orA Duplex in an area with "good" but not "great" schools.

I envision a pier stacked up on a dirt floor and no concrete support system to prevent shifting of that pier as the dirt gets wet, freezes, shifts, etc. 

I think it is good for newbies to look to one loan to get their feet wet.
