You might have to try a couple different ones before you find one that works correctly.So say if you're looking for funding or investors, set up a CL search, copy the entire web address on the results page of CL, and then paste it into the applets you are using. 

Also, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com leave old listings in place to generate traffic through their websites.

Contact the commercial brokers that are listing similar properties on the web.

Your not going to find cheap near miramar in general....since its center san diego your gonna have traffic coming in from north or south.

I was planning to stop by last month but traffic was crazy...

I think Phoenix is a great city that offers many of the benefits of other big cities but without the excessive expenses and traffic.

So, looking at how our city is built (obviously horrible infrastructure for traffic; hopefully, the beltline will help) relatively the location is just too hard to pass up!  

This property is next to the historic downtown area so there is plenty of foot traffic on the sidewalk for a small business, but the garage is located on the back of the property.

See if there are any open code violations on your city web site.
