Guess I'm asking for a bit of help or info from anyone who's done a lot of auctions and if there are loans out there to fund such an investment, whatever it ends up being, within reason?

If you purchased a second home in an a state like Florida on the East Coast, there is a reasonable explanation to buy on the West Coast or Jacksonville and then Cape Coral (Distance is key) but you need a reasonable explanation.

Have fun collecting from someone who peaced out a month ago.3) A landlord/manager should have reasonably priced resources, because not every repair bill is paid by a tenant.I would definitely not put basic faucet replacement in the same category of plumbing as soldering pipe joints behind a wall or installing pressurized systems.

Thanks @Dan Heuschele, yes this is what I was referring to, thanks for elaborating, I should have mentioned the reason, I just assume people know why :-)We all know that most people will not do the annual descaling (and it has to be done by a licensed plumber with a receipt retained as proof), any more than people drain their tanked water heaters 🤣I can't see any plus to using tankless heaters.....except they have a much smaller footprint, which might be needed in some builds.

In that I would not own the home in my name (the trust would) under those assumptions.Is this even a reasonable strategy to jump start a real estate investment portfolio, any alternative ideas are welcome.I hope I have stated this with enough clarity, Please let me know if additional information is required to answer the question.
