Have you made any posts in the past or have details about some of the choices you make for finishes?  

I was told by two traditional lenders that "I" could not get a mortgage for much less than 100k (with some other caveats) , the property I am considering would likely go to market at slightly less than that 100k. 

For cosmetic choices only if I find it fun then I might spend more time. 

The choice shouldn't be oppression by the PM versus oppression by the tenant. 

I think I'd be better off building a traditional apartment, plus it would diversify my holdings a little better.That said, VR property is great, if you can keep your sanity through the summer.

The manufacturers of Traditional Self-Storage Buildings (Trachte, Betco, Janus, Mako, USC, etc.) also build portable units that can be delivered already assembled, or erected on-site.  

Auction.com seems to be a good choice (never bought though, only looks fresh and neat).
