The quilts are colorful as I didn't want completely sterile looking bedrooms, but I have quite a few of them so we can swap them out between guests without having to wash.

I have also heard others say gray or a darker color to be more forgiving.

Love the cabinet color and black hardware.

Tenants are always wonderful up front, but when the issues arise they seemingly can change colors.

Pick a paint type / color and use it for all, pick your appliances, flooring, counters, sinks, vanities, faucets, etc... and use the same for all.

It also feels bigger due to the window at the end, and the color white. 

In all areas I have worked, it is a z bent aluminum trim, that you make with an aluminum break to keep anything broken from falling out the bottom...you can get a ton of colors to do this with to.

hugly colors, bad carpet, broken slab -> All things that look bad but can be easily fixable.

Distributors are good people to talk to but remember their business is to sell you equipment so they see things through the rose colored glasses.
