Rental Rehab Versus "Like New" Rehab
Hi All,
I have a great deal on a package of 8 sfh rentals in Indiana. My question is, since these will be rentals, how do you do evaluate the cost of a "rental rehab" versus a "like new" rehab. This is a class c neighborhood. I understand the "like new" rehab of a house that you would flip. My problem is not knowing if a "rental rehab" is evaluated differently.
Thanks,
Isaiah York
