Make a watchlist of properties you like and keep track of sold prices.

I'd want to see the recent inventory that they've sold and if the returns meet your goals, that's something I'd dig into deeper!

Bidding started at $10k and house sold to a flipper for $$19,600 and you could really see the bidding slow down there.
