I suggest you listen to the BP podcast great way to pickup tips you can apply in your journey.

One tip for those events is to NOT focus on passing out as many cards as you can.

Somebody can tell if I wanna to join this world of real estate do I need a capital ? Cause I'm not working I don't have a job and I try to get a mentor who can help me and be my close friend even if I am to young but ...
