Let’s talk about the back in stuff, money: so I racked up a lot of debt and until recently(thank God I have decent career) I’ve been paying off debt left and right., but I don’t have a lot saved.

As you go further in your investing career, scaling to larger properties will make a lot of sense.

If anyone (investors) here can help with any pointers of how I can be of value on the site, I'd love to be able to cater my skills and grow my career - I'm guessing I should start looking at the marketplace, but I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself.

Ive been friends with the same guys for 20+ years now, and we have all grown a careers to amazing heights together. 

Being in a commissioned sales role for most of my professional career I have always been interested in the business of realestate but never made the jump.

It was about a very successful investor who now purchases business after his successful real estate investing career.

A coworker of mine gave me the opportunity to meet with 2 vice presidents of a commercial division in a large bank to help educate me on lending options I will have available to me as my career progresses, and assist in getting me started.

I left a career in teaching and dove in real estate! 

I am a huge proponent of private money and it funds most of my deals throughout my real estate career.

I left a 12 year career in teaching in jumped in full time!
