I recently read a good article on building new.The article was talking about there is a big demand for middle class people wanting to rent but no new construction.Most of what is being built is Class A.

I am talking about the ones in the trenches day in and day out.You also don't see the countless hours of free work that we put into deals where if and I mean IF it actually closes you might only be making $2 an hour on that deal.

Since I am targeting the corporate crowd (and relocators), I've talked to some of the major employers in the area to understand what their needs are.

I have given them all required documents on Friday (9/30) and she said she would probably have it done Monday when I talked to her.

I called up a property manager in the area I am looking to talk about what typical student rentals look like.

Some knock and try to gain access/talk to the person being foreclosed on.

The rate will be better by half most likely and the bank you are talking to is probability going to cross collateralize your SFR at only 60 ltv anyway.
