@Ross Dailey I’m an ABQ investor (not I’m student housing) but from what I’ve heard there is a strong demand in student housing especially around the university.

Some investors would rather have a good turnkey multi if the intent is to hold for a long time if they are not in the mood to do all the fixes and want a strong asset with a little less cash flow upfront.

I prefer to try to avoid locations on those list, and focus on other areas with strong appreciation, so I can have appreciation, positive cash flow, and not be quite as frustrated during the process.
