I find myself in similar shoes as you, but BP has been an absolute godsend!  

I would love to hear from people who have been in my shoes just as much as those who are willing to help regardless.

If I were in your shoes, I would remind the tenants that rent is due on X day of each month, I'd send them a text or email a week before, and maybe 2 days before, and specify they are always welcome to pay early.

Just put yourself in their shoes; how would you like a landlord to handle the same situation with you?
