The WholeFood  is one of the biggest WholeFood stores in the Bay Area, opened just 2 years ago.

Second, and less hazardous is going into Home Depots, Lowes or similar type stores, which have contractor desks and simply asking.  

First was a 1.5 million square foot merchandise trading center. 

We accomplished this deal because we asked simple strategic questions, actively listened to seller’s responses and explained the ins and outs of the deal without using legalese.Let me explain:I bumped into the sellers at a local home improvement store.

We looked after about 100 stores and were on call to fix things in stores.

In other words it seems the brand in Real Estate in most ways regards the local Professionals whom you will rely on for your success not entirely on the buyer like for example a clothing store or car dealership would.
