Stick with your decisions and build from there.  

I think the important thing is to have a policy and stick to it consistently so tenants know what to expect.

Both are sports, but are played by individuals on a team, both use sticks (Bats).

I agree Dave, many of the investors I deal with only stick to 1 market.

Im mainly sticking to Bismarck where the workers want to put their families.

I own some stick built stuff but mainly mobile home parks where sub metering utilities from a master meter is now a pretty common thing.

Terry P. also, most likely on these hill lots I was referencing I WOULD need an architect another reason I have decided to completely avoid them and stick with flat lots, there are enough of them out there!

If you think buyer's agents are too busy to return calls, you're going to be MUCH more disappointed in listing agents if you try to submit offers on your own.As for me, I got my license so I could represent myself and fully control my deals...if you're serious about sticking it out in real estate, get your license!
