Has anyone found a good property management software or other solution for automating M1PR forms for each tenant?

I'm a chemical engineer and my partner is a software developer, so although we're in technical fields, I feel like we don't have any useful transferrable skills that help us determine the quality of a building.

Just like anything else, not all cleaners are created equal- Technology: Ring Doorbells (ring), Smartlocks (august), security (ADT), Smart home technology, control heat/ac remotely (ADT and or nest), Dynamic Pricing Tools (pricelabs), PMS - property management software (Guesty) to automate guest messes, share dynamic cleaning calendar with cleaners, sends reminder notifications etc.

In regards to your specific question, I would recommend utilizing a property management software like Guesty to set up your messaging system.

If not, you could look at downsizing the payroll to part-time, implementing an altogether different structure of some sort, or even manage it yourself in Buildium or another software, but the question is how sustainable this is.

Title companies pull and aggregate their data in a variety of ways and have software for that.

Anyone know what software that can generate a property profile or a preliminary report.
