Insurance companies all seem to have different names for the same coverage terms, so it's hard to know what you have.

So I have a slightly unique situation (At least I think it is) but I recently assumed an FHA mortgage.

When you keep a 1-2 bedroom apartment for yourself, usually the numbers pencil out to something like $4000 mortgage, $2500 rent, so your net rent is $1500.

However, I recently stumbled upon an intriguing concept called PadSplit that allows you to leverage the multifamily concept within a single-family property, ultimately maximizing income potential.

They dont call them Timber Barrons for nothing..

So valuable.Still a few terms in this response I'll need to research to understand them in a more "5th grader" mindset I'm in (vs the legal pro you are!). 

So you could be wasting your time on investors who aren't even investing anymore and you don't get any actual contact information it is all through the site. 

@Hunter Gibson If you’re feeling frisky you can call the assessor’s office and ask if it will be reassessed upon the sale or if they reassess every few years.

I recommend having a column that tracks which properties or activities the time relates to so it will be easy to sort in the future.
