Almost impossible to do for someone being paid W-2.

This plan was going to allow me to cash flow but was going to take more capital to complete.

I have allowed them to do this for the past six months, and I haven’t really received a valid excuse or reason why it’s happening besides a simple “sorry.”

The city is projected to add over 1 million new residents by 2040, with a significant portion of this growth occurring in the next five years.

The platform will offer features such as estimated ROI and cash flow on properties displayed on a map, similar to Zillow, but specifically tailored for investors looking for their next deal.My initial thoughts on the MVP are to focus on the core features listed above for investment properties, but I’d love your feedback to ensure the platform truly solves the challenges investors face.

What type of property are looking to inspect (residential, commercial, distressed, etc.) and what is the intended use of the property?

If the loan is not being serviced by a third party then odds of getting this are going to be slim as most mom and pops don’t know how to do this but yes they should.  

It was rented before I even got a chance to put it on the market.
