What was interesting to my husband and I was not really the "education" piece per say, but they talked about having access to:1) preferred lenders who lend at rates of 1-3% vs. the hard money lenders at 10%+. 2) Supposed teams of contractors & other investors3) a group who analyzes your deal before purchase - submitted on a "road map" in the software they provide you4) they also said if you do your 1st deal in 90 days and do a testimonial, you get a full refund.
