A local hospital or community older folks/senior citizens as a place for their clients to exercise or do rehab of various kinds?

I do see how this idea could be abused though, and that it still may be unwise to suck up a great deal of your passive income to pay for a flashy car every month.I'm a senior at VCU wrapping up my last semester, and all I have at the moment is an adequate emergency fund and a small investment portfolio.  

It is a shock for any normal, honest, law-abiding citizen the first few times you're in these areas - I know it was for me!

Borrowing money for a down payment could create a senior loan in front of the loan you are trying to get and it is sort of the opposite of "your" money going into the deal.Additionally, that scenario is not Gap Financing or a Gap Loan either, that is just anther term used for a Bridge Loan.

I'm entering my senior year in college, and am looking for an internship in the real estate field, preferably commercial real estate development, but all I've found so far is places that charge to submit applications to firms.

This is evaluated through the review of a combination of quantitative and qualitative data including liquid assets, net worth, number of units owned, experience in a market and/or property type, multifamily portfolio performance, access to additional liquidity, debt maturities, asset/property management platform, senior management experience, reputation and lender exposure.
