I would screen them like any other tenant: 3x take home income relative to rent with verification, clean background check, positive landlord references.  

I plan to hand deliver them with a witness present and also a copy mailed to them certified / return receipt requested.Its my fault for having substandard screening back when I first rented to this tenant many years ago and I have learned my lesson and have great tenants at other properties.  

For example, Volta is an electric charging company that has advertisements on the LED screens on the chargers.

I do know that they do not do any screening of applicants who have the voucher.

I have new tenants who have expectations that all windows will work properly and have screens.  

Its almost like its trying to save but cant so it keeps restarting the saving process and the screen flickers.
