I tried to argue for a ridiculously low price on the basis that no one wants a murder house.

Seems like a great spot to be buying in with Northville/Plymouth now getting into ridiculous pricing territory.

(Rare occasion something came on at such a good price that you lucked out and locked it up first day, but ridiculously rare)On that other hand you offer me a place for $70K that was listed at $90K and I determine I would have offered at $73K why the heck would I not buy it from you?  

I know this all sounds ridiculous as I am saying this but from a flood insurance agent's POV finishing a area subgrade that is in a high risk flood zone is a bit risky. 

Also, the constabulary tends to not put up with ridiculousness here.

The amount of development over the last 4 years has been ridiculous. 

That high is kind of ridiculous but I just wanted to show it can be done.

If they are blowing up your phone and emails, my suggestion is to not respond to ridiculous parts.

I grew up ridiculously poor - at one point we were homeless, and I lived long periods with no electricity, hot water, telephone, etc.

Any submarket 25-35 mins outside of ATL saw ridiculous appreciation these past few years.
