There is no businesses in this region anymore as the growth has slowed but rental properties here are still desired.

There is no 'standard' ROW or parkway width as they vary by regional standard and even timeframe of when an area was developed.

A couple of things to consider:* keep talking to lenders, find local/regional bank that has a portfolio product.
