I am close to flint, but have heard burton is a vey good blue collar family area to start.So about starting..... step 1?

You took the step to get pre-approved and figure out your buying power, now its time to see what that buying power can get you.Lastly, don't throw ALL your cash into the next deal as anything can happen at any time. 

But not sure if i should get a duplex..triplex ...start a flip project ...buy another single family ...so I am asking what next steps would anyone of you take ?

The agent took us through & the toilet was similar to the one you had 3 steps up into a 1/2 bath then the toilet sat another step up.

I'm making a plan to follow as soon as we purchase our first home what all the steps will be. 

I am looking for PM who is quick in communication and diligent in making sure to take steps required to get property rented. 

we hire a biologist.. its a required report.. there are baseline studies showing the habitat locations that the next step identify and see how close we are to a major habitat..then you have the normal wet land studies traffic  etc etc. 

Now I am closing on my second home and won't be long until I pursue my next deal. 

I guess I better follow through so that I can take my first steps into investing in real estate.
