I’ve gotten new bids and now it’s costing double the money to have another contractor come in and pick up where the previous one left off.This is a very sad situation I’m just not sure on how to handle the next steps.

But there aren't a ton of fourplexes/triplexes getting added to the market currently so the pickings are slim.I've found this duplex which needs a little roof work, and overall I wouldn't want to live in the area which it's located due to the distance of my daily commute.

Go to the marketplace here in BP and pick a deal.

I would love to pick the brains of all.  

Moral of that example, from a personal finance side, always propose using a cigar wrapper, if she says yes, it's about you, then go together to pick out your ring!

Greetings BPI just picked a a huge 9,000 sq ft vacant lot in the city of Orange, near Santiago Community College, its a very nice part of the city, in the canyons, a lot of beautiful and expensive homes along the hills.I have been wholesaling for about 3 yrs, and just started rehabbing last year, I wholesaled the house next to the lot, and it just so happen the same seller owned the lot next door, so he calls me a month later, tells me he is leaving Ca for good...he 85 years old and just wants to sail.....and so he sells me the lot for 125k....unbelievable. 

That's awesome that you were able to pick up a property so cheap in CT, especially on the MLS.
