You might want to check out a local real estate office and see if they need someone to do door hangers. 

Shazam, there needs to be a way to correct spelling in the title without that little feature.

In my experience trying to raise capital from people within the real estate community doesn't seem to be the best method because most people in real estate are more interested in building their own businesses, rather than investing in someone elses (especially when considering how much money it takes to invest in syndications).

Do you need a Real Estate License to lease and manage for others for compensation, and/or do you need to work under a Broker in Maryland to manage. confused????

May be an easy fix and even if you need a hearing-aid at your age it might be surprising how many people connect even more and feel more comfortable with you.

It wasn't until I narrowed my focus on ONLY ONE THING general contracting that things fell more into place...My advice is to educate as much as  possible and find a niche that you can dive deep into.Meeting in person is where I found some of my best friends and mentors in the space.  

All bedrooms are on the 2nd level and there is a big open loft area with windows on 2nd level that's not used much now.

Don't underestimate how much money you could spend when you're trying to get an airbnb ready. making it unique is very important, and it's very easy to overspend!
