My longer term planning is 100% move to Kona or Hilo.If you want to know good furniture store then I can refer as well.

Hi all,As the title suggests I am hoping to get some recommendations about my path forward in real estate investing from those who are more knowledgeable and experienced than myself. 

Scenario: If one is to buy a new home to use as a primary residence ( till say Jan 1 2025), fix it up and get it ready for STR use starting Jan 2025 while STRing the initial primary until Jan 1, 2025, then move back to the initial primary and fulltime STR the new property..

Do you still live in it or plan to move out?

We just closed a duplex for a VA buyer yesterday and this was the same situation they were in so we had to actually sell their first home to open up the entitlement capabilities to then buy a better property that they will occupy for 2 years, then move to the next project.
