The old water pipes had to be replaced throughout the house because water pressure has become a trickle.

But you and Andre put undo pressure on this deal and made it personal by telling a grown adult how to handle their finances.

On the other hand, if they say that the pressure from the shower head is low then I would likely replace the shower head.

I was able to speak with a retired sewer expert yesterday who suggested a low pressure system.

It would also require a waste sump and pressurized line to move uphill.The rear of the lot terminates onto the neighboring street, in the same development.  

The sump will have a small macerating pump that discharges through a 1-2" pressure line back to the sewer main and from there it gravity flows.

And it is sad how any and all government officials (elected or not, local or federal) just cave under any pressure when it involves covid.

When I started out I was nervous about having real mortgages besides my primary residence because I had used private lending for my primary so it never quite felt like it had as much pressure as an official bank mortgage.
