It isn't all about the nuts and bolts of multifamily investing, one of the other areas of focus is on mental and family health, and that has helped me on a personal level more than I can explain in a forum post. 

Allows me to see a lot of the shifts in the market as they happen as well as the broader investor mentality and capability.

Normal is a Victim Mentality.

It was a fantastic exercise though -- I like looking at the possibilities and I like the mental work of trying to figure it out.
